Lions Sight Foundation Sight Services Program

he Lions Sight Foundation Sight Services Program is the premier project of the Lions Clubs of Mississippi. It is a multi-faceted program that supports the eye bank with its mission being the recovery and distribution of corneal tissue for transplantation and/or research. The Sight Foundation also partners with Dr. Lee Moore and the staff of the Eye Surgery and Laser Center to sponsor Cataract-a-thons held bi-annually to provide cataract procedures at no cost for the indigent. The Sight Services Program also provides funds for other ophthalmic procedures and equipment necessary for sight restoration for the indigent.
